My experience was absolutely horrible! I placed the order and asked them to have them delivered no later than 4pm to my wife’s job. I called them at 3:30pm and was told that they were still working on the arrangement and that it would make the deadline. My wife left her work at 5:15pm to then be called at 5:30 to come back for the flowers to be delivered to her. When she told the driver to just return the flowers because it was too late, the driver got an attitude with my wife saying she had 200 deliveries to make today! It was a very unprofessional experience all the way around and I can not see myself using them again.
